MyPlan Help

Welcome to the help page for MyPlan Pickerington! There are two sections, Student and Teacher, depending on which version you are using.


MyPlan Student

Instructions

You must sign up with your Pickerington school email address. No other email will work.

If you do not have a MyPlan in progress, there will be a button to 'Start New My Plan'. Hit that button to start your new MyPlan. If you a MyPlan that is not yet completed, this button will not show up. If you have existing MyPlans, you will see a list of MyPlans with the most recent one at the top. Click on a MyPlan to bring up all four weeks. If you have completed a week, you can click on it to review your responses. If you have not yet completed it, clicking on a week will bring up the survey for you to respond.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I cannot see the Start New My Plan button

Check that you do not have a MyPlan that is not completed. If you do not have any in-progress MyPlans, try refreshing or reloading the app.


Issue: The next week is not available even after I completed the previous week.

Check that the previous week displays responses when you select it. If it does not, your responses were not submitted. If your responses are visible, refresh or reload the app.


MyPlan Teacher

Instructions

You must sign up with your Pickerington email address. All other email addresses will be rejected.

Use the Script Button to see the teacher script for each week's surveys. Use the back button to return to the Home page.

To view student results, use the View All Students button. In this page, you will find a list of all students you have added. Click on a student to view a list of their MyPlans. This page will also have buttons for removing or updating a student's information. Clicking on a MyPlan will bring up all answered questions.

To add a student, use the Add Student button on the Home page. Fill in the student's information and hit Add Student.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I added a student and they are not showing up in the View Students Page

Try the Refresh button in the View Students page. If that doesn't work, try adding the student again.


Issue: I updated a student's information and there are now two students in the View Students page

Use the remove button to remove the unwanted student entry.


Issue: No MyPlans are showing up for a student who has completed one

Check that the student's email is correct. If it is, try refreshing or reloading the app.
